He&#8217;s being held on a $50,000 bond. His next court appearance is on July 17.<\/p>\n<p>More information regarding the specific sentencing that has been levied against the defendants can be garnered at ABC News in Texas <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/abc13.com\/pets\/woman-sentenced-for-animal-cruelty-over-crush-videos\/83489\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">HERE<\/span><\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">We are still awaiting the Judges&#8217; decision from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit regarding whether or not the Animal Crush Video Prohibition Act of 2010 charges will be re-instated in this case.
